Migration Yorkshire

Migration Yorkshire is a local authority-led partnership working across the Yorkshire and Humber region. It provides leadership and coordination, evidence, and practical assistance to organisations working with migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in our region.

NATECLA

The National Association for Teachers of English and Community Languages to Adults is the national forum and professional organisation for ESOL teachers. MESH works closely with NATECLA, including having a seat on the Yorkshire & Humber Regional Committee. John is also on the Editorial Board of the NATECLA journal, Language Issues.

MESH Project Advisory Group

The MESH Project Advisory Group (PAG) meets regularly online to discuss issues of concern in the sector and to help MESH focus it's work appropriately in response to need. The PAG consists of around 30 stakeholders with a professional interest in ESOL, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
